Archiving Policies

This journal ensures long-term digital preservation of all published content. To safeguard scholarly records, the following preservation and archiving systems are implemented:

  • LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe): Creates a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits them to create permanent archives of the journal for preservation and restoration.
  • CLOCKSS (Controlled LOCKSS): Ensures permanent and secure preservation of journal content with global library participation.
  • PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN): All published articles are automatically preserved within the PKP PN for long-term access and availability.
  • Crossref DOI Registration: Each published article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to guarantee persistent identification and reliable citation linking.
  • Metadata and Indexing Services: Article-level metadata are deposited with major indexing databases and aggregators to enhance discoverability, citation tracking, and interoperability.

In addition, authors are encouraged to self-archive their published articles in institutional repositories, subject repositories, or personal websites, provided that the full bibliographic citation to the original publication in this journal is included.

This journal’s digital archiving policy adheres to the practices defined by IAES Publisher. More information is available on the Archiving Policy page.
